The Onward Upliftment of Resolution (O.U.R.) Foundation, Inc. is devoted to advancing the well-being and empowerment of children, youth, and adults within the Capital Region Community. Through our annual scholarship programs, educational initiatives, and community-based services, we strive to foster academic excellence, leadership development, and lifelong achievement.

Our enduring commitment is to provide resources and opportunities that strengthen the Capital Region Community, ensuring a brighter, more equitable future for generations to come.

The purposes of the organization shall be as outlined in the Certificate of Incorporation and shall encompass any actions deemed necessary and appropriate by the Board of Directors to fulfill and advance those purposes.

The Corporation is organized to promote the well-being of children and young adults, in addition:

• To promote educational programs through Scholarship funds and assistance for the advancement of education, civic life relating to the general welfare of the community, and such other purposes (i.e., health awareness, financial education, housing, and other impending needs) that are beneficial to the youths and adults of the Capital Region Community.

• To solicit, collect, and otherwise raise funds for charitable, philanthropic, educational, and benevolent purposes; to expend, contribute, disburse, and otherwise handle and dispose of the same for such purpose.
